Attendance: 12 members at Bub Bomholt’s shop

Minutes: (Brian Miller) Distributed via email and handouts. Byron Frank made motion to approve minutes, Rick Klenke second - motion passed.

Treasurer’s Report: (Pat Schmitt) Current balance - $18,272.75. Mark Lefeld made a motion to donate $100 to Chief Steve Grey’s retirement gift, Jonas Foote second - motion passed. Pat gave Bill Knapke deposit tickets for checking account in case a deposit needs to be made in southern part of county.

Habitat: (Doug Collins): Several individuals need to pay for seed yet. 5000+ more CP 33 acres available in Ohio. More information to come on the new CP 38 program that will be available in 2008.

Youth Programs: (Jonas Foote) Ring neck day is July 15 at Progressive Sportsman Club. Jonas turned over $2000 to treasurer from the NRA Foundation Inc. (FONRA) grant for youth events. PF youth trap & skeet shoot will be moved into the fall sometime in late September or early October. This will help prepare them for hunting season.

New Business: Duck Blind Drawing food tent will be August 18 with NRA Youth Trap team offering to help again. Brian will be chairman. Mark Lefeld, Ryan Garrison and Chris Niekamp will chair the Fish Fry August 18.

Action Plan: Brian to get Doug in contact with Franklin Township Trustees in reference to greenspace, Pat to send National PF $2500 for LAF, Brian to order tickets for Fish Fry and gun raffle, Bill to develop Chapter newsletter.
