Are You a Partner? Maybe you have seen the new Grand Again billboards on US Route 127 south of Celina or on State Route 29 West of Celina. If not, you have time. The ninth and final billboard series for the Grand Again campaign will be up through January. To wrap up the 22 month campaign, the focus was placed on the crucial partnerships that have been created over the last few years. The Partners billboard brings light to Businesses, Farmers, Public Officials, Residents, and Visitors.
