The Lake Improvement Association recently awarded $1,200 to Alex Bowler for materials to build a new shelter at Windy Point on Grand Lake St. Marys. Alex built the shelter as part of his Eagle Scout program for Troop 96 in Coldwater, and offered a presentation to LIA members at the September 2012 member meeting.
