Start your engines… the 2014 Governor's Cup Regatta is on! The Governor's Cup committee officially announced the event at a sponsor appreciation party held Monday at the Celina Moose Lodge, reports The Daily Standard's William Kincaid. The 2013 Governor's Cup Regatta was nearly canceled before $39,000 was raised at the last minute to keep the event afloat – $20,000 of that donated by the Lake Improvement Association, which also helped seek additional donors.
The Governor's Cup Regatta will be held August 23 and 24, 2014, on Grand Lake St. Marys.
