The Dept. of Soil and Water will be sending delegates to a national meeting in the interest of changing a filter strip rule to allow farmers to mow or harvest part of their filter strips. The rule change would likely increase the number of filter strip installations in the Grand Lake St. Marys watershed, reports Nancy Allen for the Daily Standard.
