- 4/01/08 Minutes THANKS to all who have renewed their annual membership promptly. If you still havent sent yours, wont you do it now before you forget. Also, thanks to everyone who sponsored new members. Many of you sent extra donations to further our efforts April 1st 2008
- 3/01/08 Minutes Brian Miller, assistant park manager, reports that the Grand Lake/Wabash Watershed Alliance Action Plan has been approved, and with a few minor changes, is finally ready for implementation. March 1st 2008
- 1/05/08 Minutes Apologies from the secretary are in order you did not receive a newsletter in December 2007 for health reasons my own, as well as the treasurers. We werent able to attend the meeting, nor get the minutes out to all of you January 5th 2008
- 12/01/07 Minutes President Bill Ringo opened the meeting with committee reports the annual audit has not yet been completed due to the illness of the treasurer. Map Committee reports that there will be a proof of the new maps available very soon December 1st 2007
- 10/01/07 Minutes Jeff Vossler reports the barley straw project is a success. Dr. Hiskey of Wright State said there was no improvement in the clarity of the water in the lake, but the amount of blue-green algae was reduced by half. October 1st 2007
- 9/01/07 Minutes New lake maps will be printed soon if you would like to help out on the committee, contact Chairman Brian Miller. Jeff Vossler reports that Indian Lake has reduced annual sediment loads from 87,000 tons to 13,000 just by using no-till and winter crop cover. September 1st 2007
- 6/02/07 Minutes July 7 there will be a lia meeting at Behm's landing at 11:00 a.m. instead of the usual 10:00 a.m. Immediately following will be a pig roast/picnic celebrating our 60-year anniversary. Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided - if you prefer alcoholic drinks, bring yours. July 2nd 2007
- 4/04/07 Minutes Vice President Sharon Galbreath conducted the meeting in Bill Ringo's absence. After the pledge of allegiance to the flag, secretary and treasurer reports were approved from the March meeting. April 7th 2007
- 1/07/07 Minutes The January 7 meeting was called to order by President Bill Ringo with the pledge of allegiance to the flag - secretary and treasurer's reports from December meeting were approved as read. January 7th 2007
- 7/11/07 Minutes A sunny day for a pig roast at Behms Landing attended by approximately 165 L.I.A. family members. Menu was roast pork, corn on the cob, baked beans, potato chips and soft drinks under a huge tent. Music provided by Linda K, even karaoke! August 11th 2007
- 5/04/07 Minutes Kids Fishing Derby his Wednesday, May 16, East Bank Shelterhouse. Guests will arrive at 11:00 a.m. Bring your homemade cookies and take part in a great day with these special kids as they enjoy the highlight of their school year. Come anytime after 9:00 a.m. We'll need photographers to man the Polaroid cameras, taking souvenir pictures of the kids with their fish. May 4th 2007
