Last Friday, May 31, 2013, more than 100,000 yellow perch fingerlings were released into Grand Lake St. Marys by ODNR. The goal is to establish Grand Lake St. Marys as a yellow perch fishery. In addition, the perch may help reduce the rough fish population.
