The Lake Improvement Association has completed the restoration of Windy Point Beach on the south side of Grand Lake St. Marys. The project involved removing riparian rap, which had been deposited on the former beach site, and grading the land for a beach before adding the sand.
A sign commemorating the beach is in the works. Stay tuned for information about the sign and upcoming dedication.
